Name: Dan Pegram
Start Date: October 2017
Why did you choose this background for your photo?
I love travelling and I think there is something special about a city at night. Something magical and exciting about starting a new day.
What do you enjoy the most about working at Flame UK?
The constant development and change that Flame UK embraces like nowhere else, growing and evolving in a business happens here daily. You got to find that inspiring.
What is one of the best things you have experienced in your life?
Wow, what a question, there really isn’t enough paper to print all my ‘best experiences’ but one of my passions is being part of peoples growth, setting and achieving goals has got to be high up on my list for sure.
If you could invite 3 celebrities over for dinner (dead or alive) who would it be and why?
Marcus Lemonis because he has an amazing love for people and always has the best solutions to deliver amazing results in business and people.
Ron G. Holland, as we have had very similar experiences in our first business endeavours, I would like to share stories and listen to his stories from ‘preaching’ positive self-talk around the globe, I would also like to know who the ‘affable Irishman’ from his book Financial Kung Fu really is!
Gordon Ramsey would be a must for me too mostly because I like straight-talking people and I want to see if he really does cuss that much.
What did you want to be when you were younger?
A truck driver early on as that travel bug really does get to me, then a pilot and now I’m still not sure, but when I find out I will absolutely let you know.
If you were an animal, what would you be and why?
I think this is such a tough question, I guess animals have tough life’s so I’m pretty pleased to be a human, if I did have to be an animal I would like to be a wild Brown Bear.
What is your favourite movie?
Trading Places, is my fav but I’m torn as I’m a huge Home Alone fan. I visit the house the McAlister’s lived in every time I’m in the Chicago, its’ like a pilgrimage for me.
What would you tell someone new starting at Flame UK?
Get comfortable with being able to really be you in the workplace, throw everything you feel you need to hold back on to one side and be very open for change, make sure you want to get the best out of yourself and be the best you there is.
