Our Process
To ensure compliance and a smooth onboarding process, we require all suppliers to provide the following:
- A valid Waste Carrier License.
- Proof of insurance with a minimum of £5M Public Liability cover.
- Confirmation that the policy includes an ‘indemnity to principal’ clause (either in writing on the policy or confirmed by the insurer).
Once we receive your completed application, we will verify all provided details, ensuring compliance with our standards.

What Happens Next?
- We review your application and verify the details provided.
- We confirm that your Waste Carrier License and insurance policy are in the correct name and up to date.
- If all required documentation is accurate and compliant, we can approve and set up your supplier account on the same day.
- Once approved, we inform our waste team, allowing work to be booked immediately.
