We’re finalists!

Flame UK is shortlisted for four Business Awards

We are really delighted to be shortlisted as finalists in four Award categories in the 2022 Nottinghamshire Business Awards. The Awards, organised by the East Midlands Chamber, give businesses a chance to celebrate their work and showcase their skills. Flame UK has been shortlisted in four categories, amongst some great competition:

  • Environmental Impact
  • Small Business of the Year
  • Business Improvement through Technology
  • Apprentice of the Year

The winners will be announced at the end of November, with the opportunity to also be crowned Business of the Year, so fingers crossed for some great results for Flame UK! Find out more about the Awards below.

Managing Waste in a Care Setting 

Managing waste in a care or nursing home can be a challenge – lots of different waste streams – recycling; food waste; general waste; washroom; clinical and hazardous waste are all likely to be present and need to be disposed of correctly and in line with regulations.
