Our Apprentice Outbound Sales Support role offers a substantial opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in sales. The role will give training and support in all areas that will support the growing needs of our multifaceted facilities management business.

All our Apprentices learn their skills in a real job with real responsibilities in a growing and focused team, with targets and schedules to meet.

Sales form the lifeblood of any business, without sales there really is no business. Our Outbound Sales Support team are responsible for the first contact with new prospects for our business, creating a pipeline of new opportunities for us to build on.

As a focused sales organization you will be given hands on experience in creating new sales opportunities, developing those opportunities into rewarding sales and creating new revenue streams. Building longstanding relationships in a professional business setting you will be a passionate individual that wants to build on your natural ability to communicate with everyone.

While we don’t expect you to have a sales background we will expect you to be able to demonstrate your natural ability in the field of relationship building. All great sales people are outstanding communicators we will help you develop yours in a supportive and sales focused workplace.

This is a big challenge, but our supportive and diverse team members will provide the support network to help you grow. All our aspiring individuals are encouraged to build new skills and develop their current skillsets.

• Minimum of 5 grade c or above GSCE or equivalate including math’s and English
• A levels or in work experience would be an advantage
