We can provide recycling options for any event, onsite or offsite. Waste leaving the site will be sorted and recyclable materials will be sorted and fully recycled.

Food waste recycling is a big part of our everyday lives. We use the latest technologies to recycle as much food waste as possible, often our food waste can even produce green energy.

How do I know which bins I need and how many?

Answer

We can help you with this. The number and type of bins will depend on the type of event, how many people and what kind of waste is expected. You may need some smaller wheeled bins to be placed in different areas. These can be emptied regularly if necessary.

If you have vendors or food stalls at your event, you may need to consider where this waste will be disposed of – maybe a larger waste bin, container or mobile skip. Our team of experts can help you estimate the number and type of bins that would work best for your venue or site.

How many littler pickers do I need?

We can estimate the number of litter pickers needed for your event. We always supply at least two litter pickers, for health and safety reasons. The number of pickers will depend on the type of event, its duration, and the type of litter that you will be generating (e.g., if single use plastics are served at a bar, or if you use confetti).

We can provide waste management for any size event – whether this is an outdoor wedding; food festival; music concert or music festival. They could be an afternoon, evening or multi-day event.

How soon should I start planning my waste event?

You should start as soon as you can. You can book event waste management in with us from an early start – the earlier we work with you the better – this gives us chance to understand the type of event you’re organising and how we can support you. However – we can also handle last minute requests so if you’ve not sorted your waste management or have been let down by a supplier, just give us a call.

How will Flame UK recycle or treat my event waste?

Flame UK aim to send nothing to landfill – we will make sure that all of your waste is treated appropriately and is separated at treatment plants and as much is recycled as possible.

Does Flame UK provide other event services?

Yes. As well as bins we can provide other services such as bin rental , skip hire, litter picking and portable toilet hire, including toilet servicing and toilet attendants, and even luxury portable shower rooms!

My event is a multi-day festival, how do I know how many bins I’ll need?

We can help with this. Our expert team can work out how many bins you’ll need, what type, and how they will be emptied. We can provide bigger containers to empty bins into, or for vendors to easily dispose of their waste on site. Visit our bin rental service page for more information.

Yes, we can. If you just need a bin or two for a small event, give us a call and we can help.

My event is only small, can you help?

Answer

We will arrange to deliver and collect bins or other containers at an agreed time. If you need help to clean up your site, such as picking litter after the event, we can help with this too.
