Flame UK is seeking to recruit an Apprentice Account Management Administrator.

Our Apprentice Account Management Administrator roles are a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in a number of areas of business. The role will give training and support in areas such as, Sales, Customer Services, Account Management, Procurement, Business Administration and Management.

All our Apprentices learn their skills in a real job with real responsibilities in a growing and focused team.

Supporting our team of Account Managers our Apprentices play a key part in our customers satisfaction and the smooth running of the department.

Working for our Waste and Environmental Services department you will need to have a keen eye for detail, have good communication skills and be able to demonstrate organisational skills. You will work as an integrated part of our team and need to be able to handle a varied workload. Your appetite to learn and achieve professional qualifications will support the building of your career.

This is a big challenge, but our supportive and diverse team members will provide the support network to help you grow. All our aspiring individuals are encouraged to build new skills and develop their current skillsets.

What we’re looking for

• Minimum of 5 grade c or above GSCE or equivalate including math’s and English
• A level or in work experience would be an advantage
• Attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Time management and organisational skills
• A passion for recycling and the environment
• Commercial awareness and the ability to demonstrate an understanding of general business practices
• Customer service experience, retail, business or from a charitable role
